*Characters without a single artwork to reference from or too complex design will be charged an extra $10-$15! Consider this before requesting.

| PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY |⋄ Full refunds are only available If I didn't start working on your piece.If I started working on your piece partial refunds are available up to %80 of the total price. *available only on sketch and lineart phase!After that I will not offer refunds of any type.*Refunds are not available for YCHs and Adoptables!

It may take 3 days to one month to finish your piece according to my queue.⋄ I have a weekly queue listed on my trello which I will be giving you so you can know the day(s) I will be working on your commission.
Please don't ask me to prioritize your commission.If the piece is a holiday/birthday gift give me a deadline first!⋄ Please DON'T hurry me up! I have fibromyalgia
(widespread body chronic pain and chronic fadigue), that may take hours to days to recover from it!This may cause me skipping days of work.⋄ After the payment a sketch(es) for approval will be show to you.
Go wild with it! Feel free to ask for edits, be remade whatever you wish, don't be shy! This phase has NO fee regards edits.⋄ WIPs may or may not be show to you during the work progress, if it need minor edits ASK FOR IT! There is no fee for minor edits.⋄ Finished pieces may have minor edits without fees, like scar additions, mistakes caused by me, small itens addition. However any big edits like major details, re-drawings, color changes or big props addition may cause fees
from %10-%50 of the commission's total price.⋄ Alt versions of your piece can be requested, a extra $5 to $15 can be charged for it .
